what subs to pick

I am looking to put 1x 10 and 2x 8's in my car. That is all i have room for. I have tried everything to fit a 12 but i can't. The max air space for the to 10 is .93 cu ft. and the 8" sound be around .5-.6 or so (i don't have that box built yet).

I am currently running a kicker cvr 10 with a kx250.2 amp. I am really discipointed in this system so i am completely re-doing it and getting rid of it all. I was just wanting some sugjestions on the subs. I am primarily going with SQL with a price range of 1500 MSRP for all 3 subs combined. I listen to mostly rock and rap. Any sugjestions would be great.

Dont use two different sized subs. It causes problems with cancellation. You would be better off putting in 2 10" and more power. I don't know what you are putting it in but that is my 2¢

they are going in a 3000gt. I can't fit more than 1x 10" sub unless i cut the .93 cu. ft. box in half only allowing for about .46 cu. ft.

Would i be better off going with 3 or 4x 8's

What brand of 8" are you considering?

Keep the same subs, size and brand if possible. Different sizes will cancell out. Those cars are small on space, I have a friend that has 2 10", dont really know how he did it, but its loud.

if you can fit 1 10" and 2 8" subs in there then you can surely fit 2 10"s but if you stick with a 10" then i'd go with 1 10" W7 sealed.

I think i might be able to fit 2x 10's in there but it would be hard. I travel allot and need as much trunk space as possible.

The brand doesn't really matter.

Are the infinity kappa perfect 10.1d very good if i could fit 2 of them?

you almost have 1.50 cubes if you can fit it...look at a Kicker CVX 10", perfect at 1.25 sealed.
