the 215mtx guy has the right idea, ive heard them ma's they got great low's there was this guy i knew that had 4 of them just like that in a explorer and a ma amp and hit 142.5db and he coulhave gone for more his amp was 3/4 up!

I hit that with 2 10's with small ports tuned to 30hz

so the ma's sound pretty good ? ive not heard them but some of my buddies have and they said they beat pretty good, would it be better if i ported my box also? or would u leave it sealed

its w/e u want ive heard the ma's sealed or ported there loud either way but id stay sealed if i were u. and yea they are really deep!!! they bump!! like i siad my freind had 4 just like ur talkin about! louder than the local kicker truck!

No offense intended, but "I'll get this out of the way reas quick get type-r's" really does sound like it is being mentioned just to be mentioned. At least that's what the "I'll get this out of the way" part implies to me.

To be honest with you, I believe that four of the AudioQue LW series 12" subs would outperform the MA's in every aspect, unless you spend the money on the "top dog" MAs.

Also Flakko - I'm getting ready to put two of the LW8's in my truck. The guy up at audioque swears up and down his son hit a 141 with a single 8 on the term. Can't wait to hear this

The LW8's are 99 bucks a piece plus like 10 bucks shipping, I think the 12's are around 140-145 shipped

Doesn't mean anything without the right box / power / vehicle. You could hit 130, or you could hit 145. Getting to the latter is so much more fun, though. =)
