aim them correctly pronto... the one pic from inside your house is a giant, sceraming out loud, red flag that they are not aimed at all and you are going to be an assole ricer blinding people as you drive down the road...
although, looking at the way they are shining on your house, id say you have other, more directional problems with them... one of the best attributes of HID's is the way they spread their light, and how you can get such a wide spread without any hot spots and keeping the beam below a point where it should not be...

yea definitely i am aiming them tonight i just got them in and left em. (it was 12 when we got done and like 15 degree's freezing rain)lol

should the be spread out more? like left to right pointed down some more

just use a tripod and no flash. if you have an adjustable shutter speed then turn it down to get a longer shutter. if you cant get a focal point since its so dark, try having your buddy turn the lights off while you hold a flashlight pointing at the car to get a focal point. then turn off the flashlight and turn tha headlights back on and snap.

Not trying to bash on your hid kit or anything but you will notice a major difference between 6k and 8k.

For the picture I would use a tripod and turn flash off. Also give your hid bulbs to warm up and then take a picture of it. That way you'll get a true color

if i lower them some more and widen them some i shouldn't blind people right as long as it is lower.

I commend you on worrying about blinding other drivers. I hate that shit more than the blue color. Honestly though dude, the blue is for ricer kids. Anyone worried about visibility buys 4300K, or at max 6000k. Nothing makes a car look nicer IMO than a nice set of OEM looking HIDs (ie 4300k).
