What really happened with RE?

There's no telling if the dealers are ordering more unless some dealers chime in here.
It could be that just more dealers are popping up...

And even if they did sell more woofers now than in previous years, whose to say that pattern will continue?

They can sell an asston now and not sell anything for a year.

thats true... only time will tell. but by the looks of it with the numbers, they are doing pretty dang well.

well the increase in sales has to do with more dealers brought on by US Amps...I showed a local dealer and he's becoming intrested..

I hope US amps and RE go to Circuit City, imagine a guy in a red polo showing you the awsome RE MX powered by an US amp merlin d2 on the display case.

Oh yea, don't forget the service plan, too little power might blow your MX.

Thats my outlook, I don't see what the big deal is.

Even before the price hike, there was nothing that special about their product line-up. Theres a million entry woofers that fit the same budget and performance as the RE, theres a million woofers that match the same budget and performance as the SE. The SX got pwnt by a Type-R. Theres nothing inherently special about the MX that other woofers in its original price league can't top (TC3000, Mag D2, etc.)

The only real standout woofers IMO were the XXX and the MT. Even then, I see most of the people who bought the XXX sell it shortly after. And now FI has the MT absence covered...

I love RE threads, so many ways to get people riled up to flame me...
