there is a massive difference in rca quality you wont have any issues with walmart brand as long as you keep them away from major electrical sources. better rca cables are shielded and do make a diference on signal quality to the amp.

20feet is long enough. if your are running a 4ch. then you can buy a 4ch set of rca's and for yor mono amp just a regular 2 end set of rca's. all can be had off ebay. and for the price of some at walmart you can buy better off ebay.

if you do buy walmart brands just go all the way down them with electrical tape to kinda sheild them a little better. works very good.

WTF? Electrical tape is used for shielding? Orly?

Tell me how exactly it is that a 8 mil strip of vinyl is capable of shielding your RCAs from EMI?

steel braid is the cheapest and only way i know how to shield wire. electrical tape wont do anything.... that is not what it is for(plus if that were true then most wires would not EMI because that is what there insulation is made out of)
