Would that be enough for an 02 Explorer / the right RCA for 2 Amps. (1500 Fosgate going to 2 subs) (400-4 Fosgate going to 4 speakers)

RCA cables are RCA cables. Paying more is a waste of money. Find ones that are long enough for your install. If you don't know how long you need, get one of these:

yeah that would work but i prefer to use my 12in peter
