last time i used one i was 17% idk what kind ur using. but we use ours for our MMA team

im 6'3 maybe 4 now and 175-180

as for the punching thing. ive been punched by a 315 lb guy who can bench 635 easy 715 is his max. its not that bad if your used to being hit.

he also threw me about 15 feet across the mat. but i can still take him down and choke him out
