Those are Pioneer's entry-level subs....I don't know exactly what kind of output you're looking for to be able to judge whether or not those would be satisfactory to you.
They would be for some people and others they would just irritate.

I cannot say which one are you...

If you are gonna look at pioneer then get theier newer ones off of ebay the 307DVC i got a pair for 122.07 after shipping for my girlfriend and usually on ebay its cheaper if you find a power seller thats is selling 1 sub and just ordering 2 with the same auction because it saves on shipping

Yes you can find the L7's pretty close to about $125 shipped each. Not the newest ones, but still L7's.Probably loudest for your budget range.

If you're going to go to a store, double the prices of everything you see online.Sometimes it's more, sometimes less.But that's pretty much about right.
