What kind of amp should I get for a 12" kicker cvr?

Seen 'em at work in many vehicles in the last 6 months. Decent entry level amps. Nowhere near as good as Kicker and that PG Xenon, though.

maybe not pg xenon, but better than other pg amps.

fusion is the most power efficient amp i have ran.

running 2 ohms off a 75 amp alt and a 300cca battery and full 4ga wiring i got no dimmin whatsoever, even full tilt.

however i was getting dimmin off my kicker 08zx350.4 running 2 mach 5 mids @ 4 ohms.

Sure have, still got receipts..and nope they are not as good as PG Xenon or Kicker..

they are more efficient than kicker, that is for sure.

has kicker made any 6kw amps?

besides the warhorse?

8 awg should be good enough for the small amount of power you'll be running, but wiring upgrades are never a bad idea...

if you can might as well get 0ga cause if your going to upgrade you wont have spend money on wire again, and it will help power flow better.

ill get you pics and vids tommorrow when i get home.

if your not gonna go more than like 1500w ever, then 4ga is good.

You can not prove that point blank period...Kicker makes great amps, fusion makes good amps...

What does that have to do with ANYTHING? Arc, McIntosh and many other high-end companies don't have a 6k amp either.

i think it is like the kicker pwk01 or something like that.

they go for around 90 shipped on ebay.

it comes with i think 20ft run of 0ga for power

a 5 ft run of 0ga for ground

a distrobution block.

and a fuseblock with a fuse, as well as crimp terminals for the wire.

i never said fusion was better than phoenix gold.

and i never said fusion was 100x better than kicker.

they each have their ups and downs.

the fusion amp i have is hands down more efficient than a kicker zx400.1 or 500.1

And the worst part? I wasn't even able to respond to this bull$hit PM. Then you went on to say that Fusion was better than Kicker (you said it, no doubt about it), because Kicker doesn't make a 6,000 watt amp. Furthermore, you said that your entry level Fusion amp (that I can buy all day long at the local flea market) "is the same" as a Phoenix Gold Xenon model.

I read just fine. You said the PG Xenon and your Fusion "are the same". This is a fact.

When the OP asked if your Fusion is better than Kicker, you said "Yes".

Fusion is entry level equipment. Decent, but entry level all the same. No point in arguing this, because it's a fact.

When you think high-end audio equipment, does Fusion come to mind? It d*mn well shouldn't...
