What kind of amp is this?

I bought some video games from a guy and he gave me this amp with them. It says precision power in a few places, but I can't find a model number or anything. Any ideas what amp it is? How much would it be worth? Thanks

an old school PPI amp, look for the model number. you'll need power plugs for it too
