what jetski is it

Lol...if you like it then go for it.

Whats your budget? If 1000 and under try and find an older Kawi SX or Yamaha superjet.

Stand up jetskis are much more fun if only riding by yourself.

i am probably buying a 1995 GTS that my friend has. Used it last year and it ran great so at least I know a little history on it

wish it was faster, but i think it goes about 35-40 which will get me places

Yamaha shoot the water stream out the back

i have a Yamaha gp800r... most of my jet ski crew has GPR's as well..

for any jet ski questions or help here is the best forum

Yamaha is known for best/better reliability than the other companies.. but just know before you buy one that it is a money pit when things start to go wrong no matter which you get..

There are blockoff valves you can buy for the Yami Pisser... I would suggest a Yami > Sea Doo..

How much dough are you looking to spend? What kind of riding do you want to do?

I live on the Gulf of Mexico and just picked up a slighly used (20 hrs) 2008 Yamaha FXHO Cruiser with trailer for $6800. Brand new with taxes and fees this ski was almost $12k so I got a FTW deal. It will do 120 miles on a full tank and has a top speed of 62+ (GPS'd) after I get the Riva RPM kit.

I picked this ski because of the fuel efficiency, reliability, storage, and crusing comfort. If you want all out speed I would get an 08 GP1300R and mod it or get the new FZR/FZS that just came out. Jerry over at the GH has it up to 84 already and it gets there faster than any RXP.

That's an easy fix //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

All you gotta do is unplug the line and leave it off and pissing into the water.. no need for a blockoff, few of my friend have done this.. i like the pisser tho lol

and yes Yamaha > seadont(except the RXP is badass)

thanks for the replies

he wants $1300 for his with the trailer

i had fun on it last year, but i live on green bay and only have a few months to ride per year and the water is pretty shallow so spending any more might be a waste of money.

i basically just want a reliable ride to go bar hoping on the river. his had no problems last year other than the gas gauge is broken, but that is probably a pretty easy fix
