TF are you talking about? Go learn what the terms are referencing before you comment on them. You very obviously don’t know what they mean.
I know exactly what they mean. Do you? Now, these 400%, where did they go?
I tend to believe facts. The statistics prove it, kid. They were reporting on it happening when he was in office, and immediately after.
Lemme guess: Because I didn’t count the people myself, it must be faked numbers by Border Patrol to make Trump look bad…
Why are you so angry? Who are you mad at Rob? You "tend" to believe facts... you don't sound to sure about that. Tend to as in when they support your beliefs? That makes much more sense.
“Border Patrol recorded 41 percent more successful illegal entries in fiscal year 2019 than in 2016 and was on pace for 47 percent more through four months of 2020. As he left office in January, reports indicate that the numbers have reached even greater heights.”
Rob, more people have entered America illegally under Biden than when Trump was president. Do you dispute this?

The law referenced in the preliminary injunction against the practice.
I will save you, Thxone, YourNameHere, and others from tryin to claim I am making shit up, and just give you the link to the full timeline so you can read it yourself. Search for the word "injunction" within the text.

Troxil v. Granville

Biden wasn't offering the $450K for all illegal immigrants coming here, it was part of the lawsuit settlement requests for the illegal separation of family units.

NY state paid $10 billion for the families who were illegally split up after caught entering the country?
The lawsuit involved ~2,600 kids and their parents. At two parents per kid, that's 7,800 people. Even at $450k a pop, that $3.5 billion. Why is NY state paying $10 billion for a federal lawsuit?

That case has nothing to do with illegal immigrants. I said a California court made an injunction. The Supreme Court never deemed this illegal. How can it be illegal to enforce the law 🤔. Again, when American citizens break the law and are able to avoid being separated from their kids, I’ll be on board with this. The issue of the lefts argument is that things should have been handled that kids didn’t get lost. That was the issue with it.
When did I say Ny state paid $10 billion from lawsuits lol? They paid $10 billion for taking care of illegal immigrants in the state and dealing with the mess.

I know exactly what they mean. Do you? Now, these 400%, where did they go?
Again, WHAT THE FVCK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?
Are you looking for addresses?
How the fvck would I know where each person went?

Why are you so angry? Who are you mad at Rob? You "tend" to believe facts... you don't sound to sure about that. Tend to as in when they support your beliefs? That makes much more sense.
I’ll help you out, since you seem to be a bot that has a limited command of the language:
Tend - “regularly or frequently behave in a particular way or have a certain characteristic”
That means I regularly, or frequently, or both, believe in facts. If I am not sure, I apply due diligence and critical thinking to verify.
Is that more clear, Chirpie?
Rob, more people have entered America illegally under Biden than when Trump was president. Do you dispute this?
Why would I dispute a stat that I have not seen?
I know that the total in the country has changed very little, so if the number entering has risen but the number still here is the same, then they must be doing a very good job of catching and deporting them. Weird for an administration that “wants” illegals to come here, huh?

You obviously have the data on the number who are entering each year, over the years.
Go ahead and share.

Site software made your post unquotable, but did you read the SCOTUS decision?

They don’t have to pass a law every time a law is broken and a suit is decided by the court.
The decision references the law already in place. The injunction by the CA judge was to stop the law from continuing to be broken.

I understand you think law gets applied based on whether you are “on board” or not, but that’s not how it works.

And believe it or not, illegal immigrants who are here have constitutionally protected rights. My guess is that the rights are considered human rights and not citizenship-afforded rights.
It’s covered under the 14th Amendment, clarified in at least three SCOTUS decisions, and it’s why “we” don’t get to break the law in how illegals are treated.

As fur the $10B, we were talking about that ACLU lawsuit specifically, and you said “NY state has already paid $10 billion over this and mayor has finally said enough is enough.”

The “over this” made it sound like you were still on the lawsuit topic.

The scotus case was about “constitutional right of parents to direct the upbringing of their children”. What the heck does this have to do with illegal immigrants 😅. Of course people have human rights but yet again you are totally missing the point. You cross the border illegally and you get arrested and are prosecuted, what do you think happens to the kids? What do you think happens to a person in the USA when they break the law and are prosecuted? Do they get a get out of jail free card? Do the kids go to jail with them? The issue that happened is they lost track where the kid are and had issues getting the families back together. That is the part they did wrong. That is the part they got in trouble for.

My bad for not being more clear. NY spent $10 billion due to dealing with the illegals here. It’s very easy for democrat run cities to brag and say they would do the right thing and take care of them all and welcome them all with open arms. When it happens that story changes pretty quickly. I think many have forgotten about the Mariel boatlift 🤣. Welcoming all those immigrants with open arms back then was a huge fail.

It had to do with an unconstitutional infringement on the rights of people to rear their children.
It's linked in the same way that there is no law that says "It is illegal to yell 'fire!' in a crowded theater, yet it can still be illegal to do so.
The separation of FAMILIES that crossed the border illegally and together is where the rights were violated, and laws were broken. The injunction wasn't granted simply because the CA judge thought it was a good idea, but was based on law.
"On June 26, 2018 US District Judge Dana Sabraw of the US District Court for the Southern District of California issued a nationwide preliminary injunction against the family-separation policy."

Is there any truth to this?
"Where are all the migrants coming from to New York?
A large proportion of them have come through the border in Texas, where Gov. Greg Abbott began sending people by bus to New York and other Democratic-run cities last summer. Though some migrants reported having come voluntarily, others said they've been denied the choice."

Still dodging what my point I made was. When a person breaks the law and crosses illegally, should they get a get out of jail free card? If so why don’t citizens of this country get that treatment? That Ca judge based her decision not on law but on the party she represents. Just like if that case made it to the scotus today you know damn well which way that ruling would go. This is why immigration law is in desperate need of reform. There are some parts that have grey areas and something’s that need to be added to make it all clear.

Not all illegal immigrants are being shipped here from texas. I know a few personally that know many who are in this state that were held in detention together whose goal was to come to NY. When ice releases them and they get their document with terms of their release which also has their picture and full name on it, they can pretty much request to go where they want. One that I know was in Vegas and got herself a flight right to NY. Once the help ran out, she requested to return to Vegas and got a flight right back. This chick most certainly doesn’t have the money to be booking flights herself, and can’t travel without notifying her case officer, girl is on a national vacation going to various states on tax payer money 🤣. Her political asylum claim is 100% bs and she already knows it will fail. All she is trying to do is get established and never show up to her court date. If she doesn’t get established (which that ain’t gonna happen, they realize quick how expensive it is here), she will go to that court date to see what happens and go back home.

Because it has been posted by other people. Argued by the left who don't want them in their states now. News sources/ Politicians. Everyone but you apparently has spoken on it.

Not dodging it at all. I even directly mentioned that you are discussing the way you'd like things to be, but we are talking about what actually happened, what the law is, etc.
"I understand you think law gets applied based on whether you are “on board” or not, but that’s not how it works."
And yes, the court decisions are made based on law, not on how the judge feels that day. If they make a decision with no law to back it up, the decision would be overturned pretty darn quickly (as has happened in the past).
They TRIED to overturn that SCOTUS decision and it didn't happen.

I don't think the quote said ALL. it said a "large proportion".
And I get it that you know people who know a lot of people, but that's one of those hearsay things. It's kind of like the voter fraud thing where everyone knows someone who knows someone who did it, but no on ever knows the person directly.
Or the welfare story we've heard several times here: Someone knows someone who knows someone who is scamming the system. (And anyone who knows someone directly complains, but refuses to take action).

But your Vegas story kind of corroborates the idea that NYC's problem originates elsewhere, and they are getting stuck wiht the bill, so to speak.
Have you reported this girl to anyone?

Because it has been posted by other people. Argued by the left who don't want them in their states now. News sources/ Politicians. Everyone but you apparently has spoken on it.
The locations of the deported has been posted by other people? Then why are you asking me? (Since you likely forgot, you asked about the 400% growth of apprehensions/interactions, and where the people are now)
Why do you want me to speak on states that don't want OTHER states sending illegal aliens over to be handled, and why do you think that's bad?
Why should one state be responsible for another state's problems? Should they divert all electricity from New York to Texas, since Texas seems to have a shit power grid?

Like only using facts that support your argument even if your argument is wrong.
If the argument is wrong, facts aren't going to support it.
We can use your old argument that bones do not have nerves in them. The only "facts" you ever provided were claiming two of your doctors told you so. No amount of research will ever support your belief on the subject, and all data out there proves you wrong.
What the phuck do you think you have been doing Rob. You literally said it started under Trump and was worse under Trump. Are you confirming your lies by saying you never saw stats!?!?!?!
I posted the data that shows what people are calling the "Biden Border Crisis" actually began under Trump, and the numbers under him were the worst they had been since the early 2000's.
I was pointing out that the name "Biden Border Crisis" is one of those falsehoods that stupid people promulgate because they saw a meme, tweet, Snapchat, or heard another stupid person say it, and believed it.

I also VERY clearly stated that illegal immigration grew by 4%, yet apprehensions/encounters grew by 400%.
How do you confuse an admitted growth of 4% as me saying less?
Is that why you think job growth was better under Trump, even though there were less jobs when he left office than when he started?
What you are reading from your biased sources and what border states are reporting are in conflict Rob. But I am sure your biased reports and stats are right. They always are because you post them.
"Biased Sources"? Yes, another one of your ways to spin away from the fact you can't support an argument for shit.
Every piece of info is a "biased source" unless that source paints Trump or Republicans in a good light. And often, the same source is unbiased when the numbers work for Trump?Republicans, but biased when the numbers work for Biden/Democrats.

Before you call bullshit, I'll give two examples:
1. In the discussion of Red v. Blue states, and who are givers and who are takers, you tried to claim the delineation of Blue v. Red was a lie because the numbers can be messed with. You know, the big deep-state conspiracy to lie about how many votes come from any given state in order to make Republicans looks like takers instead of givers. A conspiracy in place for centuries.
2. In the discussion of the economy, you are happy to point to data that paints Trump/Republicans in a good light at a micro level, but that same economic data that paints Democrats in a better light on a macro level since 1947 is all bullshit.

You pretty much mirror Trump and his "stolen election" bullshit, where he claims the election is legit if he wins, but not legit if he loses.
Pick a lane, or maybe stop arguing stuff where you can't back up your bullshit.

Since the MAJORITY of your post is useless I will speak on the 400%. Cool? Good. It doesn't state deportation it clearly says apprehension and interaction does it not? This 4% is a number to make the government look like they are doing some good. That 400% did not get turned away, they are now bribed illegal immigrant voters. At least that's the goal of the left.
