I am curious how an election is claimed to be "fully legitimate" when the left admits there is always some fraud.

Because the fraud that occurs is completely inconsequential to the final outcome.
Like throwing a cup of water at a forest fire.

And make sure you disregard that when doing the investigations of fraud, the majority of the ones caught were Republicans.
