That's a pretty simplistic and convenient view of the world. Does that work both ways, ie does Biden get credit for keeping the border "tighter" when that's how Trump handed it to him? Was it Obama's fault we invaded Iraq because he got elected POTUS?

I give Trump credit for moving current immigration policy to where it is today. Trump should get some credit for current insulin prices as well. Getting us out of Afghanistan - again Trump deserves the lion's share of the credit as well as a share of blame for the less than perfect withdrawal. We can trace our trade relationship with China to 3 major players IMHO - Nixon, Bush v1 and Clinton.

As I said, Biden is accountable for the present. Good and bad. Fair enough?

Actually they get changed a fair bit depending on the administration...like under Obama...they quit counting people who had been unemployed for a year or more...essentially lowering the unemployment rate...and I'm sure every administration does something similar...it's technically not wrong but slight changes can soften a bad report or strengthen and mediocre one...like anything with estimation involved...

Any evidence of these changes under Obama?

Still very similar to what William Cooper presented (as factual) in his book Behold a Pale Horse back when Cooper and Alex Jones were just a couple yahoos broadcasting on ham radios. I've always credited Cooper, Jones and Icke for the shape shifting Lizard People conspiracies, but perhaps I should credit Kenneth Johnson and Sinclair Lewis.
