You’ve just reduced it all strictly to biological function, which means humans are no different than animals.
A zebra kills and eats a pregnant gazelle without the gazelle’s authorization. That’s the animal world. Since you just put us squarely in the animal world with your argument, a woman choosing to abort the ***** in her own body by her own choice is fully acceptable.
So 5% of women who are impregnated due to **** should have to carry to term in order to prevent all other women from getting abortions? Interesting. Does that mean since Bucks medical condition only affects a small number of people, no treatment should be allowed?
Yes, someone’s brain can determine if they are make it female. Some people are born with male AND female organs. Their brain tells them whether they are male or female.
Some are born with no organs. Their brain tells them they are male or female.
Explain how I am wrong, if you think I am.
The last year for **** # were 734,630 **** cases. The DOJ does not provide data for the male vs female victims that I see. Stats do show between a 1-5 up to a 1-3 variance between male to female victims, so lets give females the larger portion of 587,704 assaults that results in 2,939 pregnancies. Pub med has 30k pregnancies.
I will flat out say, the follow up is extremely flawed. "As we address the epidemic of unintended pregnancies in the United States,
greater attention and effort should be aimed at preventing and identifying unwanted pregnancies that result from ****** victimization.
WTF????? Shouldn't we focus on reducing ****** assault?? Literally NO mention or suggestion to reduce **** cases, only reducing the resulting unwanted pregnancies. I cannot process the obviously flawed thought process. Dads, don't worry about your daughter getting *****, lets make sure she doesn't get pregnant if she gets *****. Please dads on this fathers day week, explain that statement to your daughter. **** not an issue, unwanted pregnancy is the issue. I'd say its a horribly written conclusion but it seems to be the prevailing thought of the "pro-choice" groups for the **** vs abortion issue.
Anyway, of the adult women I have encountered/met/knew or dealt with that were **** victims, only 2 resulted in pregnancies and both kept the baby.
Every woman I know that got pregnant from having unprotected ***, who did have an abortion, every single one of them say they regret the decision, either immediately afterwards or years later having reflected. One proceeded to have 2 "unintended" children and all but one had her tubes tied soon after their abortions, with those saying they couldn't do it again and they didn't want to rely on a mans condom or have to worry about being on the pill.
If Buck or someone is refused medical treatment for their condition, it is known their quality of life will diminish or will be greatly reduced. Having a baby does not assure such, but killing a baby guarantees a life is ended, that fact is literally undisputed.
The brain does not determine male vs female. ***/gender is assigned genetically and the dual organ birth is less, the true prevalence of intersex is seen to be about 0.018% per pub med. You are literally arguing genetic lottery phenoms.
The full article cost $ but here is is if someone wants to view beyond the abstract

The biggest take away from my Human Genetics class was when my atheist professor said one day, "The fact any of us were born with 2 hands, 2 feet/legs and an attached head is a literal nothing short of astonishing." The female body literally flushes fertilized eggs constantly, even when a woman is unprotected, due to the female body knowing there are issues.
