Are they able to actually count the number of viruses that make it out of a person’s mouth with no mask, then count the virus that comes from the same person's mouth with the mask on? Seems like it may be difficult to actually do a study. That’s the only study that would prove this 100% one way or another. Both sides are just repeating talking points without that specific data. Blowing water vapor through cloth is not scientific, as water is not the the same particle as a virus and doesn’t prove very much one way or the other.

This article says small studies with no control group are not valid.

I don't care about studies. Being out in the real world and wearing a mask did not stop the spread of COVID. So at best, one can only say mask are effective sometimes against particles big enough to stop IF a mask is worn properly. Or is that crazy conspiracy talk from Trump cult followers?

In the real world, I lost a brother-in-law and a nephew to car accidents.
Both had seatbelts on.

Despite all the data that proves seatbelts save lives, my real world experience shows they do not.

If they work and you wear one, it’s a win. If they don’t and you wear one, has it really destroyed your life to wear one, Karen?

Conservapubs believe in god in the hopes that they might get into heaven and have a great afterlife. They go to church on Sunday. They donate billions of dollars to please a god that may or may not exist (no proof is out there ANYWHERE that a god DOES exist). They do sacrificial and cannibalistic rituals in the name of their god. They kill in the name of their god.

Yet, they will rail against any and every bit of data and science that shows a vaccine and simply wearing a mask can help reduce or eliminate this virus that has killed millions.
