I would hope the CDC isn't taking kickbacks from the POTUS. Are you suggesting the CDC didn't mention Biden & Trump by name during Covid because people were collecting kickbacks? How long have these kickbacks been going on?

Stupid led to the "off lable" use of disinfectants. Trump had nothing to do with it.

Stupid certainly led to "off label" use, but there wasn't a spike in chugging bleach until Trump mentioned it. "Because Biden said the vax is bullet proof" is another stupid reason to do something, yet I'm a ton of people got vaxxed based it.

A bit different, but nevertheless, do you recall anytime when a gov't agency has specifically come out an said "What the POTUS said is wrong, a lie, etc" or do gov't agencies tend to remain neutral?

I see the difference. Nevertheless, both guys f'd up and the did the CDC or FDA call them out - that's a big no. Did CDC ever once say "Don't listen to Trump on masks?" Would you like the long list of other drugs Trump was "recommending" for off label use that again the FDA just said "these aren't effect against Covid" vs "Trump's lying to you people." As I asked Spokey - do gov't agencies call out politicians - generally they do not. I understand you feel like they should have made an exception for Biden, but CDC as usual stayed out of the politics.
