Again, proof you just want to argue about anything and everything. You are arguing with me about this shit. I don't make the labor laws but that does not mean they are not there. They are for sure there no matter how much you posture on this forum you dickless idiot. Go tell your HR department that you work off the clock you cowardly cunt. Now, for the last time, fuck off.
You really are something else. Probably a dozen posts refusing to support something you claim as fact, instead of simply proving the "fact".
My HR department doesn't police or enforce the law. That's up to law enforcement and the court system.

The sad thing is that even when it's pointed out, you'll probably just sit there and believe that you are right and it is a perfectly normal adult way to handle the situation. Major levels of denial.

You are an asss. Period. You work off the clock, have admitted to doing so. Labor laws say that it is illegal. You have now posted all this bs over how many days just to distract everyone from the fact that you admitted to breaking labor laws. Eat diicks.

1. I never said I work off the clock. You are wrong. As usual.
2. Labor laws apply to the employer in order to protect the employee.
3. There is no labor law that prevents a person from (at their choice) working without being compensated, even if you think or insist there is.

Since you insist there is, tell me the legal punishment for breaking the law and being prosecuted for it.

Here, I’ll give you an example: Breaking the speed limit is illegal for me to do. If I go to court for doing it, the judge could punish me with a fine.

My insurance rates might also go up, but that’s not a punishment the courts hand down.

Your turn.

You are an ignorant broken record. Go tell your HR department what you do. Diick eater. Until then, fuck off.

Am I the only person that understands this?

"Non-exempt workers must be paid for all hours worked and cannot volunteer to work off the clock. Even if they volunteer to work off the clock, the employer is required to pay them for their time. An employer cannot willingly allow or ask a non-exempt employee to work without pay."

Damn Rob is just stupid.

And...

"Posted on March 31, 2022

Working off the clock is when a non-exempt employee works after clocking out, before clocking in, or during an unpaid break. Working off the clock violates the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Employers who require or permit their non-exempt employees to work off the clock can face a wage and hour lawsuit for back wages and other compensation."

Just dumb.

And...

"Nonexempt employees who work off the clock with or without explicit instruction to do so may be eligible to receive back-pay and additional damages equal to the amount of back-pay for off-the-clock hours worked. Back-pay and damages may be awarded to employees even if an employer failed to maintain a record of when the employees worked and what duties were performed.

In general, “hours worked” includes all time an employee must be on duty, or at work (whether that’s at an office or variable job sites).

For example, pre- and post-shift work, work at home, and work during meal and rest breaks are often treated as off-the-clock by employers, but these hours must typically be paid under the Fair Labor Standards Act."

Idiot.

You see Rob the dumbasss, when you do work on your own it makes it look like you get more done than you actually did on the clock. This gives the false impression to your employer that you are better than you are. It can also affect your co-workers negatively by giving your employer the false impression that the work can be completed during work hours and when it can't, it can make your co-workers look like they aren't doing their jobs. So by you being unethical, it affects many people. So why don't you just do the work in the time you get paid to do it, jerk.

Two very long posts where you completely avoid answering the question of what punishment the courts can make me endure if I am “caught” working “off the clock”.

Stop tap dancing around the question like a cat on a hot tin roof.

Just answer the question.

Is that why you refuse to listen to what was told to you so many times? I see now, you are just describing yourself all this time.
Told "so many times"?
Repeating the false claim that it is illegal for ME to work without remuneration does not make your false claim true.

No matter how many times I asked, you never proved it was illegal for ME to do so.
Not once have you offered an answer to the question of punishment the courts would hand ME for doing this "illegal" act.
Why do you suppose that is?
Perhaps you can't? Perhaps there is no legal punishment that exists for ME because you don't understand the law and made an incorrect claim, and now you backed yourself so far into a corner of false belief, you can't get out?

Yep. That's it.
