What is the difference between Bass boxing and Bass racing?

Isnt Bass Boxing playing music for 30 seconds and getting an average score? if so I thought bass racing was the same thing. :\

We have NESPL up here which is a branch off of DB drag which is bass race....it's a musical average but you have to aim for a certain score and do multiple runs. I don't know what bass boxing is but maybe it's just as loud as you can play for 30s on music?

both are a 30 second avg on music.

bass boxing = 30 second burp since you go all out

bass racing = you have a limit you can't go over: 129.9, 139.9, 149.9, 159.9

I've done both and prefer bass racing as anyone can be competitive, no matter what set up you have...
