The door panel's are hard plastic with a fuzzy materialon the outside. I want to mount my tweeters in the panels and I dont want to mess it up.Can you tell me how the correct is way to get a good clean cut. I have a dremel but dont know what the best tip is to use with it. Idont want to tear the fuzzy stuff on the outside of the panel either. thanks

You could either make several pilot holes and trace it out with a marker and then cut with the dremel, or use an appropriate hole saw, the only thing is it may mess up the fuzzies.

I agree with cutting the fabric first, if that's what the fuzzies are, or if it's not fabric then at least trying to cut that part and peel or take it off first. Then use a dremel tool or hole saw to take off the plastic.

Pilot holes because you may have a hard time finding a hole saw that fits the exact diameter of your tweeter. If you can find one, use it. If not, take your time with an exacto knife.

i would suggest tapeing the are that ur gonna cut first to help the door panel not get "fuzzies" and use either the hole saw, exacto blade but heat it up first so it slides threw like butter
