What is the best way to aim your sub for quality sound

right now guys im currently in the middle of collecting bits and pieces for my sound system.

But im thinking ahead and want to draw up a mock/plans on how my fiberglass box will turn out, but what i want to know right now is, for sound quality, should my sub be facing toward the seats (sedan car) the back towards the trunk door, or across the trunk towards the other side?

what i am going to sticking in my car is a Rockford P2D210.

thanks,

-Toe

At the back of the trunk facing forward.. since this is not very practicle the next best is at the front of the trunk facing back..

That is unless your seats fold down and you can fire the subs forward and seal the trunk from the cabin which is my personal favorite..

well.... thanks for the reply but i don't think i will want to seal my trunk up, kinda need to get my fishing gear in and out of there... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif but i will figure a way to box a box and face them forward at the same time...
