What is the best sub/amp combo < $700?

I have $700 and am looking for a best sub/amp combination I can get for my money. Any suggestions? I'm basically looking for a dual 12 inch sub combo. Thanks

A 12" Brahma for $369 from their website.... and a JBL 1200.1 for $275 on Ebay. That'd make a nice lil couple.

I have a Kicker KX800.4 that does 400x2 @ 4 ohms and two JL 12w3 that are new that I'll sell for $500. My parents won't let me install it so I must sell it. I got both for $650. I also have a amp wiring kit that I'll throw in.

I'd Buy it.. but im no fan of JL... dont know why.. just aint.

amp sounds nice tho.
