Yup, I've got one and ebay is definitely the way to go. It will take about 7-9 business days to arive. Make sure you are using a TRUE RMS meter though; otherwise your readings wont be accurate. If you don't have one already, then prepare to shell out another $80-100 for one (and make sure it can read millivolts).
