I wrote the email in my friends name and goes as follows:
I recently purchased 2 15" Axis from you. I went through a local dealer called Mr. Tunes in Jackson, Mi. I have a couple problems. I recieved one sub with a ding in the cone, and both subs have the black old style basket. The sub is suppose to have the blue basket as stated on your website correct. These are old stock, the birthsheets are from October of 2007. I thought my subs were built when ordered? Also what about the ding on the cone. The dealer emailed you and you responded saying you could do nothing about it. Well all in all I would love to still run you guys, but I am not happy with what I recieved, esp when I paid this much. What I recieved is not what I paid for. Also I looked at one of the motors and it has surface rust on it, and going inside the cooling. I have not looked at the other sub yet, but as you can see there are several issues. Both subs are bnib. I would like you to please either refund my money, or fix the issues. Please lmk what we can do asap.
