What is going on with Audiopulse? Just like TC!

There are a few people that think TC is a great company.

If there products worked as they should than I wouldn't have a problem really. Plus the quality should be better. Customer service is a huge thing for me too. DD, sundown, AQ, etc. they all have excellant service. Example: I call DJ anytime and he either gets back with me or answers. **** so much smack talk about Audiopulse......I thought their website looked pretty legit, thilo asnwered my questions quickly even though I hadnt purchased anythign directly from them. My Revo looks like a good quality product.

you must be the one an only with gl with them right now bro....their website does look good. If you do look at the axis's tho, the baskets are blue, and well my buddy's are black, and what good is a contact # if you don't answer:crap:

thats messed up, the one i picked up is blue but its used. I tried calling that # as well, it was this weird busy tone or something. Email them and see if you get a response

maybe the baskets you got are old TC stock, since they didnt paint theirs blue. The passive radiator I got doesnt have a blue basket either, juicy told me its closeout stock he bought from TC.

I would email Thilo and tell him that you just bought some brand new products but received last years stock! Tell him to politely refund his money or send out the correct product, if they dont listen then I would file a claim because you didnt get what you purchased.
