what is a tune-up tweeter?

my amp came with a tune-up tweeter as an extra. what do i do with the two tweeters? What are they for?

they are when you buy a cheap amp and they send you $5 tweeters as a $50 free gift to get you to buy it

Not only cheap amps come with them. I bought a KX250.2, and I got some. They do try to say they are a $50 free gift, but in all reality, they're worth no more than $3.
