my dilemma

Ok here is my dilemma. Within the next couple months i am going to by another car....after i finish my impala....but the impala will be my wifes...but anyways....my plans are a powermaster d2400 up front and a d3100 in the back.....i can get 2 of these for 400 dollars http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=2126 from a friend or should i go with one of these http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=2131&CFID=6046728&CFTOKEN=6a6aca70cdf18995-D878BCC1-1422-7C6E-507AF78D7B6CBC82 then the next question is what amp should i power these with? and are there any better woofer and amps out there for the money. input is greatly appreciated.
