What happens if an enclosure is too big?

I don't see anything wrong with a big sealed box. More efficient, will play deeper and have better transient response.
Pretty much what I figured, which is why I built the enclosure to that particular size. I'm going to reseal the box, like everyone is saying. I'm just worried even after sealing it up properly, will the fact that the enclosure being too big effect the sound?

 
^^ just make sure its 100% fully sealed first. you will notice a huge bigass difference.

IMO itll sound great. hopefully you like it too. otherwise post here ask reccomendation about other boxes and stuff.
