Yeah, it was online not more than an hour ago! I have been constantly pursuing them about my order and they refuse to respond. I filed a complaint with the BBB yesterday so hopefully that will make them do the right thing. I am almost to the point that I want my money back. I paid them with a money order and don't know what I am going to do to get my money back. I spent over $700 on my order, but have nothing to show for it.

I have ordered from them on many occasions, but this will definately be the last.

:Edit: For the last week items have been slowly disapearing from their website, but I noticed a banner on the items that were still in stock explaining that they are having a moving sale. They are probably trying to get rid of all of their inventory before they "move". This could explain why their servers and phones are down if they are moving; at least I hope this is the case.

Yeah I have ordered from them 4 times, I live in VA and they have a distribution center here so I always get my orders in 1 to 2 days. Wow, that sucks! Several months ago, I've ordered about a dozen little things like battery terminals, distro blocks, and even a few sets of speakers for another car, and each and every order was a pleasure. Awesome prices, great packaging, instant shipping, etc. I've always thought of them as the "exception" to the "crap-service" inexpensive online electronics dealers, and highly recommended them to friends. This is bad news for sure.

thats what seems to be the problem, ive had nothing but good buisness with them, and ive ordered from them nearly 10 times.

one time, i actually had them call me and tell me they were out of stock (they called on a saturday mind you) and said they could give me a "comparable audiobahn amp" but i said i would pay the difference (between the more expensive audiobahn amp lol) and the next up profile amp! lol.

so i cant see why there would be problems all the sudden. i bet they are trying to move all their crap and its getting hectic as hell.

They have called me at my house before about an out of stock item. They gave me the option to cancel my order or wait a few days until they got more. They even offered to upgrade my shipping at no charge. I agree that they are probably backed up and can't keep up with the orders at this time with the move. But I will definatly do some checking before I order from them again.

I just got my amp this morning

They must have been too busy to send a shipping confirmation email

I am still waiting for my wiring from them, but I think they probably shipped that seperate. I hope it gets here soon

wtf... kicker took them off the autorized dealer list on there website...

I'm sending a sub back to kicker for repair and i bought it from the zeb i hope they still cover it..

I didn't realise that kicker wasn't authorized until after I made my order because theZEB still has their authorized dealer banner on their website. I do know for a fact that they were auth. dealers beacuse I have sent in some speakers for warrenty work. I bet that if warrenty work is ever needed you can explain to kcker that you thought that they were still auth. dealers because theZEB didn't remove their advertisement and maybe you can work out a deal.
