What four channel amp should I get...

I just bought two sets of qsd216 's and I want to know what's the best four channel amp I can get to power these? Priced no more than around 300 on ebay. Help me out guys, thanks!

How many watts per channel at 4ohm? I'm looking to push the qsd to about 75% of their max which is 170watts. I was also looking to get a PPI AX400, which would you reccomend...your pheonix....or the PPI AX.
