Taramps Bass 15k wired at 1 ohm rising to 4 ohms.

How do you measure that? Probably another dumb question, but I really don't know. My amp says 3K @ 1 ohm four 4-8's. So, should I have bought a 5K?

A clamp meter or Termlab with clamp.

This is the reason I always recommend getting an amp that does double the power that your subwoofers recommend. To combat rise.
