What does this number mean?

I'm currently working on an enclosure and found only a couple specs on my sub. Was just wondering how this numbers play out on a vent?

small 2ft (F/33.31Hz - Fb/31.21Hz) vent = 5"x13.41"

large 2.5ft (F/30.2Hz - Fb/29.44Hz) vent = 4"x11.65"

Does that represent a slot or round port?

Oh cool, thanks guys. The sub's an OZ Audio Power Matrix 15''. These are on the only specs I could find on it. If anyone else has T/S parameters that would be cool.
