Looks like normal stuff that builds up on battery posts. Wire brush it off and forget about it.

no and goto your local autoparts store and ask for "the stuff that turns red when it gets sprayed on battery acid"..........

You just take the fawking terminal off and look to see if its leaking.

It's some chemical that turns red when it reacts with battery acid. It doesnt clean it, or at least the stuff I used didnt.

Get off your *** and go today and check it out. It might be beneficial to you.
