hey can some help me out i can figure what it mean when the amp spec say 1200w amp RMS Power Output 4 Ohms 100 Watts x 4-Channels and RMS Power Output 2 Ohms : 125 Watts x 4-Channels what does the 125 Watts x 4 mean 125 pre channel

yes 100 rms per channel at 4ohm load and 125 per channel at 2 ohm load, with typical speakers ( 4 ohm) you will get 100 watts to each speaker. what amp? brand model ect.....

1200 max is nothing to even pay attention to on the ratings

1200 watts MAX means that is the power it will make If Struck By Lightning (ISBL)! Of course, chances are the 1,200 watts MAX figure is the power it will make before bursting into flames!
