well dog yes six packs do help and i'm thinking about getting one once i get my weight training period going. i started football this week so i'm getting back into shape. somewhat atleast.

u say its in the diet. hhhhmmmm i figured that was part of it. but u know i drink a six pack of pop a day almost so i might need to cut back on that and start eating lunch at school again (school lunches bite ***)
