what do you use for shipping?

What do you guys use for shipping supplies. I know the typical bubble wrap and form peanuts but is there anything eles you all use to safely pack things. I ask because some things I see selll on here cheap(like 12"subs for 80 shipped) and I don't see how you would make any cash after buying supplies like peanuts and bubble wrap.

You know now that u say that, There is a chick I use at UPS that has dont that also. Last box I shipped, she didnt charge me for any packing material and to pack it. I just bought the box. I dont go there much casue its 15mins across town and I have been working alot. I need to go pay her a visit now that i think about it.
