a dremel? fvck that, would take a lot longer and be way less than perfect

yea you have to have patience but it works... I just didn't have the cash to go out and buy a router at the time so I tried it and it works but is quite a PITA

2 4'' aeros isnt going to be enough port area for 1 15 in that size box, ive got 3 4'' in mine and get slight port noise when getting into the 20-30 hz range.

So when tuning the box...not the sub....how accurate is that calc....it almost makes it too easy?Almost dont need the T.S. parameters for box design if you have the manufacture box size recommendations...correct?

I wouldn't go that far. Most manufactures "recommendations" are to high of tuning for daily and wind up being very peaky.

yea....the manufa suggestions are way too high.I was playing around with autosound 2000 cd and anything below 50hz is nearly gone with the specs they provide.

yes i made the 8" sonotube and the 6" flared ports in the pics...the one in the middle i got from amartin but he was banned awhile back.

Could you get some better pics perhaps? If you can get them smoothed out and clean looking I will need some pricing info, this could assist greatly with building.
