I have decided on the new headlights and taillights for my car. Just wondering what everyone thinks.

Also, any suggestions to other bolt on mods that might help a little?. I already have the usual cold air intake, full HKS exhaust and headers, MSD Ignition, Iridium plugs and performance wires. I have a few more items in mind but just curious if anyone has any ideas. Dont plan on throwing a turbo or a supercharger on it until I get the rest done so it can handle about 15-20 pounds of boost.

I wanted to have something a little different than the clear type that everyone and their mother has. My car is black so the smoke lenses should go well with it and I just really like the look of those headlights. I am happy with my decision. At least one other person approves...lol. I am still waiting for someone to come in and say I am ricing my car.

That is true. I used to like them when they first came out but they got old quick.

Well, I like the led style because they are more visible to people behind you. Besides, if I dont get those I willl just buy a few cans of night shade and black out the stock tails.

negative on the tails but those headlamps look clean.

how about some red/clear tails and tint them? that would stand out without some rice taillights imo

X2 Anything is better than those things...But to be honest, it does look a little rice. Im not a huge fan of the LEDs myself niether. What color is your car?

And fyi, I hate telling you this seeing as how you have already done it, but there is generally no point to change out your ignition system until you have some SERIOUS hp upgrades under you hood. All you need until then is a good set of plugs. And personally, I prefer NGK. A really good upgrade to any import though is an aluminum flywheel. Its been proven to free the most horsepower for the least amount of money on many models of car.

i like them alot, what kind of car?

on a side note, my best friend of 23 years has a 2002 mustang, and he just put some new headlights on his car before i left town, and they are BAD, they are smoked like those taillights above, and they are motorized, i think he called them lashes, like eye lashes, reminds me of johnny 5's eyes in short circuit...i wanted to find some but he wont tell me the name or where he got them, thats the problem with trying to be original i guess haha

dont have a pic of the front but just to prove im not making up the classic "my friend" thing
