I have a alpine Cda-9825 ive had it for almost a year my friend offered to trade his Sony CDX-M8800 for my alpine. What do you guys think its not a bad deck its in good shape better than mine. Is it a good trade?

if someone wants to trade you one thing for another of the same sort (deck for deck) then generally they want to trade what they have for something better. there are exceptions though.

actually i want to trade him, and im asking if im making a bad trade. its the sony where it hsa the graphics on the front and it flips down and its silver buttons and it has a remote un like mine.

yea but ill never use it ever im just a DD really no comps maybe a few sound offs with the guys but thats about it my system involves a bx1205 and a vented type r w/ jl comps in the dors
