Hey guys i have a 2000 chevy tracker that im going to totally upgarde. I plain to buy 1 Jl Audio 10w6v2 and run a Jl Audio 500/1 to it. Then i want to get some RE Re Comps for both front and back and run a JL Audio 300/4 to those. For a HU i want to use a Kenwood Excelon KDC-X889 . Does this sound like it would be a pretty good system for the price? any other suggestions for anything would be nice if you have a good idea...

I also have a question about this, if i run both those amps on my stock Alternator, will it be able to handle it? Should i upgrade it or get a capacitor or what else...? Im pretty much a noob at car audio so any help would be very apreaciated, thanks guys.

A capacitor would be useless in your setup. As far as running those amps on your stock system, it might be fine but it may be too much for it. Only one way to find out...
