I am interested in the Orion HCCA d1200 to run a 12" JL w3v3 with the 2 ohm coil(I have 2 of these subs that i may put in occasionally so thats why i want an amp thats 1 ohm stable). I just stumbled across the planet audio ap1000d which has very similar specs and is alot cheaper. Will these 2 compare? Also will i have enough power to run either of these amps from a civic si battery with no cap or extra battery? And I need a recommendation on a simple 2 channel Line Out Converter with the best quality for the least amount of cash. Thanks in advance
