What do you think are my chances?

Ok, so a while back i was driving down a gravel road in my little 94 mazda b4000. it was night, around 10ish i think and i the road dipped down a bit. and over the little hill/crest, whatever you want to call it, there was a curve in the road. there were no signs warning me of the curve and i had never been down the road before. so i ended up sliding all over the place. the road had just been graded 2 days before. the curve was not banked, it was flat so i slid all over the place and then hit the ditch where i ended up upside down. unfortuneatly the police were called out and i ended up with a ticket and 6 demerits. Now on monday i am going in to fight the ticket. what are your thoughts on this, do i have a chance at beating this ticket?

if it was a public road then maybe, but if there was brake (tire) marks showing u were going over the speed limit u would probably loose.

I was goin 90 and the limit is 80 on gravel roads. There was no snow or anything at the time of the accident

FYI 90 or even 80 on gravel is not safe

Like i said, if u left tire marks they can examin it to see how fast u were going. Then u'd probably loose more money and time trying to fight it.
