Every one has there favorites and there own taste on what they are expecting or wanting there bass to sound like. I know quite a few people who like kicker L7's because the bass is tight, punchy and gets loud. I dont like them, I am running one 12 tc sounds axis with the neo motor and I really like it.Parts express has the 12" axis with the ceramic motor on sale for $400

thats a really nice driver for the money, I was feeding it with a AQ2200.1 and it chewed up all that the amp could give like it was 1 cent bubble gum. If your dead set on 15's you may want to talk to spy here on caco cause he has quite a few nice drivers. Omega and audioque hd's give alot of high quality boom for poco dinero.

never said L7 could take 2000 watts, just talking bout the sound itself. IMO the L7 is a waste of $$$

handle 2k without a hiccup, you could even go with lvl4xl's if you didnt want to upgrade with more power later on
