What do you guyz think?

Is this a good setup for the price, its what i'm thinking about getting. For the subs, 2 12" Kicker Comp VR's hooked up to the Kicker ZX750.1 amp. Speakerwise, I'm thinkin the Kicker KS series 6" speakers in the front, and the KS series 6x9's in the back, and hook up both pairs of speakers to the Kicker ZX350 4 channel amp.

And then im gonna get the JVC KDPDR30 head unit. How does this all sound for the price, well it sound good? Should I get a box for the subs from kicker, or should I have one built. And if I get one made, how much am I looking to spend on the box? What else do I need to get? Is there anything else you guyz recommend. Yeah, it would work well, but if you could I'd go for the 15" Comps. You should have a box built, and if you wouldn't mind practicing on a box, they're only about ~30-~40 a peice to build. Should sound nice, I had 2 12" Pioneer woofers off of a Splash Neon 302 and it got loud a hell, all stock speakers and a DEH-P20 headunit.
