1995 Ford Thunderbird.
Deep Jewel Green Metallic
4.6L MPFI V8
JETT Chip, Custom Dual 2.5" Exhaust, Intake Port & Polish, Venom Injection.
1983 Mercury Cougar SVT
This is my show car.
-Built the car from the ground up myself.
Ford SVT Bright Sapphire Blue Metallic- (Purple Appearance)
Ford Cobra Crate Engine 5.0 V8 Port Fuel Injection, Forged Everything, etc etc. etc. This car has d*mn near everything performance on it. Venom, B&M, MSD, Ford Motorsports, and more.- Engine is blueprinted and dyno'd at 400HP at the flywheel.
Purchased the car for $100 a little over 3 years ago just an hour before the previous owner was going to take it to the salvage yard simply to get rid of it.
Saved this one from the crusher and worked my a*s off on it for more hours than I care to admit to get it to the state it is in today.
Today I have roughly $11k invested in the car, which would really equate to about $18k, if I had paid full retail for everything that the car now has.
It definately pays to know a few people in the parts & performance industry!!!! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
1989 Ford Mustang -
Building this car presently. This will be the 3rd car that I have built from the ground up myself.
Daytona Electric Blue Metallic.
2.3L MPFI N/A I-4. Ported & Polished Intake, Ranger Header, Custom Single 2.25" Exhaust. Cold Air Induction. B&M Shift Kit.
-I bought this car about 4 months ago for $200 at a local auction. It ran, was in primer; albiet poorly done as the emblems, decals, and body damage, were just primed over rather than removed and fixed.
The car ran incredibly rough, and was filthy, however, anyone who knows the reputation of the Ford 2.3L, knows that this is one tough little engine to kill.
After a solid week of wrenching, the engine runs great.
I've decided to keep the original 2.3 in this car, and have done some minor modifications for a little extra power. It's different, and not the same old that everyone does with the mustangs, so I like it.
I've done this car as a budget build, and estimate to have only $1200 into the car when completed. So far, so good.
If all works out as planned, this car will be done by New Years.
Then it's time to find another project to build!!!! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
Been doing the body work on it for the last 3 months or so, and shot the paint on a few weeks back.
