What Distribution Box

I am finalizing the odds and ends I need for my installation and am trying to choose and purchase a distribution box. I will be hooking up two amps and a capacitor. I have planned 4 awg from the battery to the db, and 8 awg from there to the amps and such. Does it matter whether or not I use a "combo" type distribution block to incorporate the ground(s)? Is one brand better than another?

Also, what size fuses should I buy based on the amount of power I will be running? (see sig)

don't forget to fuse everytime you change wire size
