While I was takin the seats out of my car to test fit my box I found this little plug by the bottom of my seat belt. Idk what it could go to, but it will get up to around 100 volts. There was a cable for an old school in car phone ran around the same place, but once again this could have nothing to do with it.

I lol'd so hard. It says mV on the DMM, I can even see it with the crappy picture quality.
