What could be wrong?

Ive asked this question to many poeple and have tried a few things, but I still have this problem.

My sub makes a pulsating (sounds like a heartbeat) noise whenever I...

-Turn the music all the way down

-Hit a bump

-Turn my Deck on or off

So far Ive ran my power wire on opposite side of the RCA's. Didnt help....

Today I trimmed the ground wire down to a little under 2 foot. Didnt help....

I talked to a guy at one of the stores around here and he told me to sand down wherever I had my ground, but there isnt any paint there and Ive used that ground for 2 years now without any problem.

If you guys have any suggestions please reply!

It sucks having a $550 sub and not being able to play it.....
