what could be the prob???

I'm having trouble with the forum.
Check to make sure the sub outs are not set to HPF. The sub out should be LPF at around 80 hz. Not the main speaker outs. They should have different settings. Main front could be HPF at 80 -100 hz.

Turn the sub out volume up to 7/10.
No..... all that does is up the steepness of the preout increase, and then he would overdrive the preamp of the amp and end up clipping the shit out of the sub.

What? Is that english? Could you rephase that?

There is no danger of "clipping" right now, his problem is low output. If his sub level out is set a 2 out of 10, that is probably the problem. He may need to readjust the gain later, but for now he just needs to send more signal to the amp.

It sounds like he set the gains wrong.
