what could be the prob???

What is the box made of?What power wire is feeding the amp?

Gain settings?

Crossover settings on the HU and amp?

Try sealing the port with some foam rubber, or similar, to see if the problem is the port calculations.
power:2ga rf from batt to dist. block then 4ga knu to amp

gain:i set it with my dmm its not even half way

crossover:eek:n amp about 70-80hz/hu i have my lp filter off and my hp filter on 125hz

That all sounds correct.

That sounds like your main speaker outputs, not the sub out. That would be wrong for a sub out. Your sub out should be set at around 80 hz LPF, not HPF. Double check you didn't set it to something wierd like 30 hz.

I'm having trouble with the forum.

Check to make sure the sub outs are not set to HPF. The sub out should be LPF at around 80 hz. Not the main speaker outs. They should have different settings. Main front could be HPF at 80 -100 hz.

Turn the sub out volume up to 7/10.
